Affiliated ConsultantsMaureen R. BermanMs. Berman is President of Maureen Berman Associates, a New
York-based strategic marketing research and consulting firm that
helps clients make decisions about their communication, marketing
and brand strategies. Prior to establishing her own consultancy firm
in May 1997, she was a Vice President of Mercer Management
Consulting, a Marsh & McLennan company. Ms. Berman areas of
specialization include focus groups facilitation, new magazine
development and extending magazine brands into new media. She is
co-author of the book The Practical Negotiator
(Yale University Press). Patti DevinePatti has more than 12 years’ experience in solving the marketing
challenges of companies large and small. She specializes in customer
retention, web site solutions, and marketing project management.
Patti has worked for Time Warner successfully managing the customer
retention program for Time Magazine’s 4 million subscribers. She has
also worked at trade publishers Elsevier Science and Simba Information,
both business-to-business information providers. In addition to
marketing the print products of these publishers, she developed and
executed e-commerce and paid content strategies for their web sites.
Ms. Devine’s passion for marketing has led her to become an adjunct
professor of marketing at Fordham University where she teaches in the
Graduate School of Business.
Ms. Devine holds an MBA from Fordham University Graduate School of
Business and a BS in Business Administration from Bryant College in
